This term our class topic is 'Amser Stori'. Through this topic we will be completing lots of exciting and engaging activities across all areas of learning and experience. Some of these ideas include :

• Explore and learn about the wider world and moral messages within stories.

• Identify and understand feelings and emotion through regulation zones, sensory circuits, mindfulness and in a nature theme calm down corner.

• Enjoy Bucket Time, Rhyme and Song Time and Social Stories.

• Lots of seasonal theme work to help them with change and surroundings.

• Cross Curricular activities, messy play, outdoor learning and intervention tasks.

READING - The key to everything in school is the ability to read and to foster a lifelong love of it. Please hear your child read as often as you can. We will read in school on a Wednesday.

PE KIT - PE kit can be worn to school instead of uniform on your child's PE day. PE day to be confirmed. Daily sensory circuits and physical skills also occur.

FRUIT - Being a healthy school we promote eating fruit as a playtime snack. Fruit can either be brought in from home or purchased from school costing £1 per week.

Please also send a small snack into school for 'Amser Snac' so that the pupils always have something available in case they want an alternative to what is on offer.
